is board certified in Pediatrics. He is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of Ensley High School. He received his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his Medical Doctorate degree from UAB School of Medicine in 1980. After a pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital and a year as Chief Resident, he established Metro Pediatrics in 1984.
Sheneka Campbell, CPNP-PC, PMHS is board certified by the Pediatric Nurse Certification Board. She is a native of Gilbertown, Alabama and currently lives in Hoover, Al. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from the University of West Alabama, 2003; a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, 2010; and a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2012. She recently became certified by the Pediatric Nurse Certification Board as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. She is currently enrolled in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice Program at UAB and will graduate with both a DNP and Nursing Education certificate in December, 2016.
is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a native of Birmingham and a graduate of Ensley High School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tuskegee University, a Master of Science in Nursing and a Post Masters Certificate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has been a Certified Asthma Educator since 2004. She is a Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. She joined Metro Pediatrics in 1995-2001 and rejoined the practice in 2011.
